Rubber Roller Manufacturing
New roller manufacturing and re-rubbering of worn rollers
On steel shafts we apply rubber coatings — in materials such as NBR, EPDM, polyurethane and silicone, at application-specific hardness (Shore A). Alongside new manufacturing, we re-rubber worn rollers and deliver them precision-ground and balanced.

Our production process

Shaft preparation
The steel shaft is prepared; for re-rubbering the old rubber is stripped and the surface cleaned.

Rubber coating
Rubber is applied in application-specific hardness and composition.

Vulcanization
The rubber is cured under controlled conditions.

Grinding & balancing
Precision grinding and balancing achieve the dimensions and finish.

Inspection & shipping
Diameter and hardness are checked and the roller is delivered protected.
