Rubber Roller Manufacturing
New roller manufacturing and re-rubbering of worn rollers
We supply rubber-covered rollers on steel shafts — in materials such as NBR, EPDM, polyurethane and silicone, at application-specific hardness (Shore A). We prepare the shaft, have the rubber coating and vulcanisation done by our approved supplier, then grind and inspect the roller in our own workshop before delivery. Alongside new manufacturing, we also re-rubber worn rollers.

Our production process

Shaft preparation
The steel shaft is prepared; for re-rubbering the old rubber is stripped and the surface cleaned.

Rubber coating
Rubber is applied by our approved supplier in application-specific hardness and composition.

Vulcanisation
The rubber is cured under controlled conditions at the supplier.
- 04
Grinding
The roller is ground in our own workshop to final dimensions and finish.

Inspection & shipping
Diameter and hardness are checked and the roller is delivered protected.
